Serving Directions:
Consume 1 x 50g serve before and during training. Mix 50gm(3 scoops) in 200ml to 400ml of water and shake for 30 seconds. Best consumed within 30 to 60 minutes of mixing. Can be mixed with water to make a refreshing orange drink or add to protein shakes and other sports drinks to boost their nutritional profiles. Directions For Use:
Consume 1 x 50g serve before and during training. Mix 50gm (2 ˝ scoops) in 200ml to 400ml of water.
Use a shaker for best results. Vigorously shake 10 times then shake normally for 30 seconds. For more flavour use less fluid (300ml). For less flavour use more fluid (400ml+).
