Directions For Use:
Take one serving (3 Level Scoops) mixed in 300-400mls of water to taste.
Use a shaker for best results. Vigorously shake 10 times then shake normally for 30 seconds. For more flavour use less fluid (300ml). For less flavour use more fluid (400ml+).
Use once per day 30 Minutes before training.
Consume after mixing, do not let stand for any length of time.
