Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition prides itself on Reliable Fast Delivery, orders are processed and dispatched the same day. To help assist us speed your delivery pay by credit card. (Direct debit and other payments may take longer)
Additional Delivery Information
Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition uses a combination of Toll Priority Couriers, Australia Post Couriers and Registered Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are sending to a work address.
If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived please use our online tracking system located below to assist in the location of your order.
Please Note - All orders must be signed for by signature of addressee or responsible person. (Unless delivered to a PO Box or Locked Bag)
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
All orders under 5kg will be sent via Toll Priority and will arrive to your address the next day Australia Wide. All orders over 5kg and/or sent to a PO Box will be sent via Australia Post and will arrive with the following estimated times:
GOLD COAST DELIVERIES:
In most cases you will receive your parcel the SAME day or the next day, depending on the time you order.
BRISBANE, SUNSHINE COAST, TOOWOOMBA, NORTHERN RIVERS...
In most cases you will receive your parcel the next day, maybe even the same day depending on the time you order.
PACKAGES FOR DELIVERY TO THE REST OF AUSTRALIA:
Depending on the address and the time of day you order. You should receive your order within the next day or up to 3 working days in some areas.

ORDERING & DELIVERY (additional information)
After placing an order with Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition the following process takes place during our business hours (10am to 6pm - Monday to Friday). .
1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
2. When goods are shipped by Australia Post you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your parcel. You can log onto www.ausposttracking.com.au to track the progress of your parcel. If you don't receive an AusPost Tracking Number, then your parcel was chosen to be sent via Toll Priority Couriers that deliver next day Australia Wide. If you have any problems or need assistance please call us on +61 ( 7 ) 5576 1777 and we will help..
3. All deliveries must be to an address where someone is available to sign for the package; this is for your insurance of the product. If no one is available to sign the package Australia Post will leave a calling card for you to phone and organise an alternate address or delivery time. Express post deliveries will be taken to the nearest Australia Post depot if no one is available to receive delivery and a card will be left advising the package is collectable from that depot.
6. Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc) you must leave a note for the delivery driver (at your front door) requesting that they leave the package from Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition and sign the note with your name below it. Please note that if you do this Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition bares no responsibility for any lost packages.
7. Should something go wrong with your delivery such as incorrect goods sent, damage of product during transport etc, we are more than happy to replace your product at no additional cost to you the customer. We do however require any claim to be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods and if you are claiming something is wrong with the composition of the product, we will need to have the product returned to us at your expense for testing. If the product is considered to be faulty in any way you the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping cost plus you will be sent a replacement of the same product. If nothing is determined to be wrong in any way with the product you will have the option of having the product shipped back to you (at your expense) or we can destroy the product. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any product that has been opened or tampered with that is deemed not faulty (ie if you simply change your mind about the product).
9. Should you claim that a parcel has not arrived we must be notified within 10 days of it being due to arrive at your door. A proof of delivery investigation will be ordered by us with the Courier Company or Australian Post to determine where the parcel has been sent and who signed for it. If after this investigation it has been determined that the courier or Australia Post is at fault a full refund or replacement order will be given to you. If it is deemed the responsibility of you the customer (eg: a signature obtained by a family member or work colleague) then responsibility remains with you the customer to recover the parcel as Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition has fulfilled its obligation to you the customer. If you contact us 14 days or more after the parcel has been shipped from Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition, the customer must accept that the burden of responsibility falls upon them to recover the parcel. While Syn-Tec Sports Nutrition will help the customer to locate the parcel, it is ultimately the customer who is responsible.
