Directions For Use:
Take two level scoops (35g) of Creabolan with 300ml of water 30 minutes before training.
Another serving of Creabolan two level scoops (35g) can be taken after training if desired.
Stir with a spoon or mix in a shaker for best results. Drink a further 200ml of water after taking Creabolan.
