Due to the ultra fine and fluffy particle size, it is important to remember that 1 level 5ml teaspoon of Syn-Tec’s creatine weighs in at 2.5gms. 2 x level 5ml teaspoons must be taken to achieve a serving size of 5gms. For best results use a 5ml measuring teaspoon. Spoon serving into mouth and wash down with 200mls of fluid containing a fructose or dextrose base. Take one serve in the morning and another 30 minutes before training. Creatine can be added to your protein shakes or mixed with juice as well. After each use secure the lid tightly.
