Directions For Use:
Place one metric teaspoon (2100mg) in mouth and wash down with 250ml of water or juice. Can also be added to fruit juice such as orange or grapefruit and also can be added to Protein Shakes to boost their nutritional profile.
On an empty stomach take one serving with breakfast and another serving 30 minutes before physical activity.
