L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a form of L-Arginine, an essential amino acid (protein) often used by sports people to aid performance. AAKG is a nutritional supplement that may support muscle nutrition which benefits strength athletes.
AAKG may support recovery and muscle nutrition when combined with a physical training or exercise programme. AAKG can be added to your protein shakes or mixed with juice or water.

Directions For Use:
Serving size: Half a teaspoon.
Each half teaspoon provides 1000mg of AAKG.
Take one to three serves per day. Dissolve in 150ml of water.
Ensure you use a dry spoon and replace lid tightly after each use.
Use within 60 days after opening.
